In a recently published communication from the office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academics), the management of the University of Ibadan has offered new instructions for students who are having trouble paying their tuition via the university site. The announcement, which was made public on Thursday, November 30, 2022, was made to students who were unable to complete their school fee payments through the school portal before the initial deadline passed and who are still unable to do so.
In addition to providing information about when impacted students can begin their course registration after payment has been processed, the communiqué provided a set of comprehensive step-by-step instructions on how they can now process their payment via the portal. The message stated, “You will need to wait 24 hours following successful fee payment on the Remita before going to Course Registration on portal.ui.edu.ng.
The statement further announced that there would be no further extensions and that Friday, December 16 was now the new and final date for registration and payment.
