The Coordinator of National Association of Political Science Student, Southwest on Saturday 10th of August, 2024 writes to the NAPSS UI, chapter informing the Association about his visit to University of Ibadan Political Science chapter.
In his letter, the Coordinator, Comrade Adetayo Paul Boluwatife, a student of EKSU/Ila Campus, made two requests. Firstly, he sought access to suitable accommodations during his stay. Secondly, he sought confirmation that the department would indeed welcome his visit on Wednesday, August 14th, as planned.
According to the letter, the reasons behind the coordinator’s visit to the UI chapter is to meet with stakeholders and reaffirm his commitment as a visionary leader. In his words; “My visit aims to meet with members of the chapter, head of department,build conversation around views of respective individuals,capacity building and also to reaffirm my commitment as a visionary leader. I believe this visit will enhance synergy and foster cordial relationships.”
Speaking with PossPress, The President of NAPSS UI, Adewunmi Samuel Oluwadamilare, explained that the association is prepared for Comr. Adetayo’s visit to the department.
“There have been preparations concerning the NAPSS South West coming to visit us. Also, the HOD and staff advisers are aware of their visitation. Including that, every organ in the department is aware.”
“They are coming for a one day visitation, we do not have the financial capacity to provide accommodation for them. Although, we’ve prepared for them by doing the necessary arrangements and also refreshments for them.” The President, Adewunmi Samuel Oluwadamilare, NAPSS UI further revealed.
The letter was signed by the regional coordinator himself and the Regional general Secretary, Nnenna Onyeahasi, a student of University of Lagos.
