FACULTY OF THE SOCIAL SCIENCES SLUGS IT OUT WITH THE FACULTY OF LAW

 



On the 13th of April 2023, the  faculty round of the jaw war was held at New Faculty Lecture Theatre, Faculty of Technology, where the 16 faculties battle out for a spot in the quarter finals.


Faculty of Social Sciences wrestled against Faculty of Law, the topic of discourse Is whether standardized testing was doing more good than harm. The speakers representing the faculty of social sciences were Akande Omobobola and Gbaruko Onyekachi, while the opposing team were representatives from the Faculty of Law. In the end, Law won the debate with a score of 69.25 percent, while social sciences got 57.25 percent.


The faculties of Arts, Agriculture, Technology, Clinical sciences, Economics, Law, and Environmental design come up victorious to enter the quarter-final round of the competition.

RENEWABLE NATURAL RESOURCES: 65.5%✅


LAW: 69.25%✅

THE SOCIAL SCIENCES: 57.25%
