The Ongoing Convocation Ceremony and 76th Anniversary of the University of Ibadan which commenced on the 13th of November 2024 and officially took place at the International Conference Center, UI, and was ceremoniously held at Heritage Park officially produced the latest set of graduates from various departments including the department of Political Science in the faculty of the Social Sciences.
The graduating class that was admitted into the University in 2018 have had their fair share of setbacks including the Covid lockdown in 2019 and the 2022 ASUU Strike which lasted for 8 months.
However, pushing through the obstacles and overcoming these obstacles, this set of students have finally secured their degree and are now officially graduates of the University of Ibadan.
On the 15th of November, the graduating students of the Political Science Students department, University of Ibadan were robed and officially announced as graduates with a B.Sc degree in Political Science .
The best graduating Student in the department was Bamimore Sogo. He was also the best graduating student in the Faculty of the Social Sciences.
Felicitations are in order for every graduating student of Political Science and the other departments in the University of Ibadan, including M. Sc and PHD graduates .
