FATSSSA DELIGHTS FRESHERS’

Last weekend, The Ace team of the Faculty of Social Sciences upheld the tradition of the freshers’ welcome to lift the soul of it’s freshmen and welcome them back go school after 8 months of no school activities.


This ranks FATSSSA among the forerunners in the University to put up a welcome party this session. The event started with sporting activities on Thursday, featuring the male and female category. There were three categories of players, freshers, satellites and the finalists, all were competing for the first position. The sporting activities the 4x100m relay, the 200 meters for the male and females, 150 meters males, 100 meters females, Long jump result for both genders.

On Saturday, 5th November, the Freshers’ welcome week ended on a merrying mood as freshers’ wined and dined while taking a break from the two weeks of academic stress. The party featured face painting, music and performances from creatives in the faculty, snacks and drinks.
