The Pioneer Team’26 has introduced an e-payment and automated e- receipt system for the payment of association dues, in line with their commitment of improving transparency and efficiency.
The development was announced in an official memo dated March 17, 2026, where the leadership stated that the initiative is part of efforts to improve “efficiency, transparency, and record-keeping within the Association.”
According to the memo, the system was introduced following due consultation and approval from the Senate House, reflecting a broader commitment to modernizing administrative processes in line with global digital standards.
Under the new system, students (NAPSSites) can now make payments electronically and instantly receive digitally generated receipts. The memo noted that this eliminates the need for students to “physically search for officials to initiate or sign receipts” before payments can be confirmed
Payments can now be completed from any location, with verified receipts automatically generated and sent to users’ email addresses upon successful transactions. These receipts can be used for official purposes, including registration and verification.
At the moment, due to the temporary absence of the offices of the Financial Secretary and Treasurer, receipts will bear the signatures of the Executive President and the Senate President as authorised signatories.
In a related development, Team Pioneer has announced the commencement of NAPSS dues payment for the 2025/2026 academic session. This information was circulated yesterday across various NAPSSites WhatsApp platforms. Students are expected to follow the provided link to complete their payments.
The association also called for the cooperation of all members as it continues to build a more efficient, accountable, and forward-looking Association.
