The National Association of Political Science Students’ Independent Electoral Commission (NAPSSIEC) has officially announced the lifting of the electoral ban within the department, marking the resumption of all electoral activities.
In a general notice released to students, the commission stated that aspiring candidates are now free to openly declare their intentions and begin campaign activities for various positions. This development provides an opportunity for interested students to actively participate in leadership and contribute to the growth of the association.
The commission also expressed its sincere appreciation to all members of the NAPSS community for their patience and cooperation during the period of the ban.
Meanwhile, the positions expected to be filled in the forthcoming bye-election include Sports Director, Social Director, Public Relations Officer (PRO), and Financial Secretary.
